After working with many of Houston's top multimedia and interactive development firms, Jeff launched Plug Media Group in 2001 with the goal of providing high-level strategy, branding solutions, and business development typically reserved for larger corporations with deep pockets to fellow entrepeneurs and medium-size businesses.

Former Creative Director/Vice President for Chase Manhattan Bank’s Corporate Systems & Architecture, Jeff was responsible for creative direction, production and management of enterprise communications and marketing programs, including the first Chase.com and two bank-wide rebranding efforts, as well as for recruitment and development of the interactive creative services team.

Jeff has received numerous industry awards throughout his career including seventeen ADDY Awards from the American Advertising Federation at both local and district levels and two Crystal Awards from the American Marketing Association including Best Interactive Campaign in 2006. Jeff's work was published in a 2009 industry book showcasing environmentally-conscious branding.

Jeff’s nineteen years of brand development experience include managing and designing print, web and multimedia marketing initiatives for FedExKinko's, Houston Museum of Natural Science, Chase, Houston Chronicle Interactive, Houston Image Group, Houston PBS, Hewlett-Packard, Unisys Corporation, Pennzoil, Prodigy, Compaq, Reliant Energy, NRG Energy, Schlumberger, Shell Oil, The Greater Houston Partnership, and Houston Advertising Federation.

Recent projects include design communications and development, brand strategy and market planning for Moody-Rambin, Schlumberger and NRG Energy's eVgo Network, a privately-funded network of electric vehicle charging stations.

Jeff also serves on the board of directors for a publicly-traded software company.
